About Business Development Position:

We are looking for an energetic business development executive to help drive the growth of the business. You will attract Government officials and build solid relationships while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing various projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content

- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

- Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.

- Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.

- Preparing business proposals & PPT presentations.

- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

- Effectively negotiating the contractual terms and commercial rates

Requirements:

- Proven 2.5 to 4.0 years of working experience in Business Development

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills

- Copywriting and basic design skills

- Analytical skills to strategize & evaluate marketing campaigns

- Management skill & Leadership


- Passion for quality, an obsession for performance & entrepreneurial spirit

- Excellent communication skills and willingness to fit well in a collaborative and charged workspace

- Ability to Draft Legal Documents consisting of Proposals, MOUs, Agreements, and other company requirements

- Excellent Client Handling skills & Customer-facing skills

- An outstanding appreciation for the accuracy of the information and clean, perfect formatting

- Adherence to strict confidentiality

- A strong interest in the Government sector

- Good commercial sense and interest and inherent curiosity in companies, their operations, and strategies

- Proposal drafting skills

- Good business analytics

Technical Competencies Required:

- Microsoft Office Tools

- Research & Proposal drafting capabilities

- Client Management

Mandatory Assets Required: Laptop
