SAP Sales & Distribution Role (4-9 yrs)
Should have worked on projects based on SAP S/4 HANA
Here are key considerations :
- Overall experience of around 6-8 years, in which SAP should be 4-6 years . Pl compare this with other SH roles which we would be having in the organization, and we may adjust it accordingly
- Good domain knowledge in working Sales / Commercials function gained with comparable company
- Hands-on experience of configuring, implementing & supporting SAP SD. Atleast 2 end to end implementations in large green field S/4 HANA projects preferably local India implementation to ensure experience of requirements such eWay bill/ E-Inv
- MBA Marketing/ Sales background would be recommended plus Certifications thru SAP S/4 in SD area
- Good academics from leading universities/ schools
- SAP technical debugging / programming knowledge and/or experience
- Ability to conceptualize solutions for problems, good communication skills
- Should be at ease while dealing with middle level Sales/Commercial executives
- Preferably working in similar role in company's IT/SAP team, have experience in managing support plus managing key projects
Brief responsibilities of this role
- Manage day to day BRD/CR (Business requirement and Change requirements) work with outsourcing partner
- Be hands on and handle some of BRD/CR directly there by easing bandwidth of module lead
- Keep analysis and work of issues/ tickets coming in SD area and ensure there is periodic - reduction thereby reducing the cost
- Carry out thorough discussions on BRD/CR work with concerned stakeholders from Functions
- Expedite and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by closely working with functions
- Carry out System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure UAT happens smoothly
Identify and implement new Technological changes needed in SD
