SantaCruz - Executive - International Sales (1-7 yrs)
Sales Executive Responsibilities :
1. Telemarketing telecom solutions to clients in the US.
2. Maintaining customer relations.
3. Resolve/escalate customer queries/concern.
4. Meet given sales targets.
5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
6. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
7. Actively seeking out new sales opportunity through cold calling networking.
8. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concern.
Sales Executive Requirements and skills :
1. Good communication skills and proficiency in English are must.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in the telemarketing (any product/services)
3. B2B sales experience in domestic or international setup is greatly desired.
4. Experience in dealing with international customers in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia is a big plus.
5. Clients relationship skills.
6. Negotiation skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary and perks :
1. Annual salary : 2 lacs to depend upon experience and performance.
