Our firm, Santacruz Private Ltd. is a 8 year old MNC with offices in New York and Ahmedabad focused on the telecommunications industry.

We are looking for fresh graduates who want to build a challenging career in the BPO industry. We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team and help us serve our North American based customers.

You will be responsible :

1. Manage incoming calls from customers and attend to customer complaints and queries.

2. Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.

3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

5. Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

9. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

10. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.

What we are looking for :

1. Preferably commerce and arts grads students with Dynamics personality.

2. Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the customer service team personality.

3. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.

4. Good communication skills and proficiency in English are a must .

5. Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.

6. Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise.

Experience - Fresher

- Will have an intensive training period of 2-4 weeks depending upon the skill sets before induction.
