SANRAI INTRODUCTION

Sanrai Med India Pvt Ltd was founded in 2006, with its first office opening in 2008. Sanrai has established a homecare company in India following a US homecare model, staying true to the core beliefs that oxygen, ventilation, sleep, and service are the 4 pillars of a successful homecare company. Sanrai has 16 offices across the country with multiple Product Specialists and Service Technicians. Sanrai provides an end to end solution for patients and providers. Sanrai conducts screenings, diagnostics, sales, rentals, and technical support in respiratory and sleep with exclusive and non-exclusive product agreements. Sanrai acquires patients through multiple touch points: doctor referrals, dealer network, e-commerce, old patient referrals, and direct.

Sales and Marketing:

Policies and Procedures and targets:

- Follow company laid policies, in line with business goals and work towards them as per local conditions.

- Be capable of making a monthly sale of Minimum Sales Target of 10.0 Lacs (without taxes) or more.

Sales Strategies:

- Develop field work strategy in line with company objectives.

- Foundation of sale rests on Relationship Building with Physicians, Customers, Dealers and Institutions.

- Success depends upon on Generating, Following Up and Closing Sales Lead. Never lose a lead

- Negotiate Pricing with customers with an aim to enforce company laid pricing against competition.

- Customer focused approach to selling.

- Be in field 90 % of the time

Priority of sale:

- Patients 60 %

- Dealers 20%

Hospital/Institutional 20 %

- Planning and conducting patient awareness, clinical awareness and other activities to engage the Physician.

- Should be able to conduct Sleep Tests on patients to generate CPAP leads.

Planning:

- Make well thought out weekly plans in conjunction with manager.

- Draw up full roster of medical prescribers and dealers and plan to visit them in an efficient manner.

- Pay lot of attention to time management and have contingency plans ready.

Product Knowledge:

- Have good clinical knowledge about the disease and should be able to carry out an intellectual discussion with the doctor.

- Understanding of medical and anatomical terms.

- Be an expert in handling demo and installation of all the products.

- Sales of Health Care Equipment like Oxygen Concentrators (Stationary/Portable and Transportable.,, CPAP, BiPAP, Ventilators, Nebulizers and Pulse Oxy-meter etc./Earigator

- Should be willing and keen to learn about new products being launched in the company.

- Be capable of first line maintenance

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Corporate Correspondence over email.

Daily activities:

- Daily discussion of plan with the respective Team Member and evening debriefing on achievements.

- Daily and Weekly activity reporting to respective Team Member through particular MIS or Format System.

- Introduce and promote Sanrai Products to Physicians, Hospitals and Corporates

- Carry our daily field work with an aim to setup maximum prescribers for our product range.

- Generate and follow up patient/hospital/ sub-dealer leads for product, rental and sleep study.

- Demonstrate product to patients and negotiate selling price.

- Work jointly with team member and supplier.

- Coordinate with Admin and Accounts to provide daily collection and reconciliation against invoice.

- Customer invoicing.

Do's and Don'ts

- Do not sell products on credit.

- Collect cash / check at time of installation.

- Respond to phone calls within 30 min.

- Send all reports in time.

- Movement of salable product against invoicing and demo against challan.

- Ensuring follow up on existing demo units and ensuring collection of unit within 3 days.

Training:

- Inclination towards medical industry.

- Ability to self-learn with a strong reading habit.

- Basic computer skills like spreadsheets, word processing and e-mails.
