With expertise in compressed air treatment, SANPAR offers products such as refrigeration and desiccant based compressed air dryers, compressed air filters, air/gas after coolers, moisture separators, and condensate management systems. SANPAR also specializes in water/oil/air chillers and industrial air conditioning systems, including dehumidifiers and precision air conditioners for sterile and environment control applications. The company actively participates in government projects related to Aerospace & Defense concepts.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and competitors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our Compressed Air Dryer products, Chillers and their applications.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features.
- Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and updating management regularly.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and present findings to the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector of 2-10 Years.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate
complex product features.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Jamshedpur, New-Delhi, Ahmedabad & Baroda.
