We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our partner acquisition and revenue growth targets through third party sales team. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and coordinating with our partners for lead generation.
You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of third party sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to drive third party sales team. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a third party sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Objectives setting, coaching, training and performance monitoring of third party sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting partner relationships by onboarding travel agents and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals, by training third-party sales force.
- Developing third party sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
