Business Development Executive (Female)
Job Summary :
We are currently looking to hire experienced Business Development Executives who can assist and work for our e-commerce B2C platform providing product support.
This position involves :
1. Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Creating pipelines.
2. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to- action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
3. Can perform cold calling and generate and close leads.
4. Do the research to identify potential customer for our market segmentation.
5. Contacting potential customer via email or phone to establish rapport.
6. Handling CRM and ORM tools for better customer connection.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. You must have strong communication skills.
2. Have relevant sales and Business Development experience.
3. We are looking for smart employee who is a quick learner.
4. Experience in ecommerce, customer care, retail, BPO, or KPO is preferred.
5. Candidate shall call customers, maintain database, basic excel knowledge, make cold calls with good communication skills, story teller to negotiate with customers, able to work with BD team, follow up with client for product promotion.
