Position Overview :

The Customer Service Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support and driving sales through effective communication and service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, and upselling or cross-selling products to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, goal-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information on products, services, and policies.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Sales & Upselling:

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by promoting relevant products and services.

- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.

- Stay updated on new product launches, features, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.

Order Processing & Account Management:

- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment.

- Manage customer accounts by updating contact details, tracking orders, and resolving issues related to payments, returns, or exchanges.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Document customer interactions, sales, and complaints using the company's CRM system.

- Prepare regular sales and customer service reports for management, providing insights into customer feedback, common issues, and potential areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer service processes and increase sales conversions.

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance service and sales skills.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a fast-paced retail, call center, or service-oriented environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.

-Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and handle high-pressure situations.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
