Samrat Irons - Branch Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Job Objective:
- To ensure effective functioning of the Product Sales function in alignment with business plans. To support in implementation of key interventions & initiatives as planned.
Sales & Planning
- Understand the Annual Business Plan (for Product) and Quarterly/ Monthly Sales Plans from Superior and cascade it to geography-wise plans
- Provide guidance to subordinates/ ASOs to ensure understanding of the plans, and further cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans.
- Prepare Personal Journey Plans (PJPs) for self (7-10 days) and ASOs (15-20 days) and ensure adherence to the same
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment and post sales collections
- Ensure tracking of lead generation and lead conversion in coordination with Head Marketing
- Ensure preparation of all Daily Management reports in close coordination with Head Sales; review & analyze the same
- Ensure motivation & morale of dealer network; monitor dealer performance and take action to improve non performing dealers
- Guide subordinates/ Sr. ASOs/ ASOs in developing & maintaining a sales funnel through effective forecasting
Channel Management
- Ensure on-time & effective implementation of all meets, PPA/ schemes & initiatives for dealers, influencers & consumers as per Plans.
People Development
- Regularly review (Quarterly & Monthly) the performance of Sr. ASOs/ ASOs and identify areas of strength & development; identify their training needs and provide inputs to Superior
- Support in implementation of any People / HR related policies and processes for the organization
Initiatives
- Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems & processes
- Plan for implementation of initiatives as planned by Management Align the subordinates to manage change.
- Responsible for the implementation and practice of the IT Integration of the dealers
- Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior.
