- Finding new markets and diversification

- Sales strategy of by-products made out of waste

Skills/Expertise/Pre-requisites Required :

- Candidates with a managerial backgroundare preferred. Business development/Marketing experience would be added advantage

- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Ability to leverage social media and/or Being proficient in Marathi will be an added advantage

- Commitment to excellence and accuracy, with an ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment

- Team handling,strong time management skills and remaining flexible in order to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines

- Being able to work independently while also being an excellent team-worker

- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
