Samkhyaa Consultants - Digital Media & Networking Manager (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and design digital campaigns at a massive scale and engage millions of people through digital channels.
- Excellent knowledge of developing tailored campaigns for external outreach.
- Content creation for campaign pages, banners, and other social media assets as needed through primary and secondary research
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Liaison with the IPAC field teams to ensure complete synchronization between field activity and digital operations
- Keep up with all political developments and suggest campaign interventions as and when required
- Build a robust human network and create a channel of content propagation via various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp at the grass root level
- Detect the political pulse of different demographic, geographic, and legislative entities by analyzing digital platforms, interpersonal communication, and social listening
- Liaise with political and social stakeholders including party leadership, post holders, journalists, media houses, community groups, and frontals, facilitating digital presence and communications
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute micro and macro digital campaigns in coordination with on-ground internal and external stakeholders
- Curate content from the ground and streamline propagation of those packaged content across the digital ecosystem along with narrative building strategy
- Coordinate with various internal IPAC teams including field campaign team, digital communications, media, data analytics, and strategic research to achieve campaign targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters or equivalent degree from premier institutes
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in top organizations
- Proficient in speaking and reading TELUGU language
- Exposure of working in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital best practices, SEO and web traffic metrics, experience with video content creation and storyboarding
- Willingness to travel extensively and long working hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, etc
- Have good interpersonal skills and exposure to dealing with various kinds of stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Google, Facebook, and other Social Media products for reporting and measuring KPIs
- Ability to design, conceptualize and execute end-to-end digital campaign
