Roles and Responsibilities :

- Content creation for newsletter, social media posts, stories etc.

- Basic design skills for creating newsletter, social-media posts etc.

- Proposal writing, for example, for CSR award applications

- Working with different project teams and coordinating story collection

- Maintaining high quality of content while adhering to timelines

- Proficiency in Canva, MS Powerpoint and other MS Office apps

- Experience of producing multimedia content in form of podcast and videos

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

- Graduate/PG in journalism/mass communications/English with relevant experience of working in the development sector for 3-4 years

- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with good stakeholder management abilities.

- Excellent team player.

- Work Location: Remote / preferably based in Mumbai
