Salto Dee Fe - Senior Manager - Technology Sales (4-6 yrs)
Role Summary
As a Technology Sales Manager, the individual will work closely with customers to grow and promote the sale of their Leave & Attendance Management App - Check In. The Technical Sales Manager will be the first line of contact with all new customers and will be required to maintain long-term business relationships with new and current customer base.
Responsibilities
Business Development :
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities with a focus on account expansion for the product
- Understand prospective client needs and make product presentations
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients to achieve revenue goals
- Manage contract negotiations
- Present a sales status reports as required basis the agreed sales metrics
- Expand market awareness of the app and industry experience by communicating features and benefits of the product effectively
- Maintaining knowledge of competitor products, pricing or marketing strategies
Client Servicing :
- Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner
Eligibility :
3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
A good understanding & knowledge of sales in B2B Services
Experience in Technology Sales would be helpful
