Role: Customer Success Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Customer Success Manager for our team. The goal is to boost Sales and make strong relationship with the clients.
Keys Responsibilities :
1. Onboard new clients and build strong business relations with the clients.
2. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through and post the closing process.
3. Work closely with product/tech .Guide new customers through the configuration and implementation of product
4. Explore what success means to the customer and ensure that they reach their goals . Through collaboration with Product/Tech teams, provide consulting services for a specific set of customers and maximize their ROI. Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
5. Ensure weekly status Updates.
Skills Required :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients.
2. Persuasive and goal-oriented.
3. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
4. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with the clients .
5. Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
6. Proven experience working in a Customer Success manager or similar customer-focused role.
7. A mind for technology! Our products are technical and you should have an aptitude and curiosity to learn about those concepts.
