Sallybase - Manager - Sales & Customer Success (2-4 yrs)
Keys Responsibilities :
- Onboard new clients and build strong business relations with the clients.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through and post the closing process.
- Work closely with product/tech .Guide new customers through the configuration and implementation of product.
- Explore what success means to the customer and ensure that they reach their goals .
Through collaboration with Product/Tech teams, provide consulting services for a specific set of customers and maximize their ROI. Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
- Ensure weekly status Updates.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with the clients .
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Proven experience of 2-4 years working in a Customer Success manager or similar customer-focused role.
