Sales Team Leader- Job Description

Job brief:

We are looking for a qualified Team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, training, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.

Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

- Be on field motivating and training field executives in achieving their targets

- Device campaign plans to execute and attract customers in retail stores, malls, apartments, corporate events etc.

- Oversee day-to-day operation

- Help new joiners in signing up customers on the field and assist during any technical issues.

- Demonstrate sales on the field to show how a sale is done.

- Discover training needs and provide coaching,coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses

- Suggest and organize team building activities

- Onboard new salespeople

Requirements :

- Proven work experience of 3 to 5 yrs as a Sales Trainer or team leader or similar role

- Proven track record of working on the field conducting field sales and promotions activities

- Experience of working in Credit card, Debit card, Fundraising, App downloads or a relevant product.

- Track record of working on aggressive targets

- Excellent communication, leadership skills and presentation abilities

- Organizational and time-management skills
