SalesHandy - Sales & Customer Success Specialist (1-3 yrs)
Job description :
We are looking for a qualified Sales Customer Success specialist to join our team. You will provide support to current sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
Our ideal candidate is a professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. He/She must be willing to work during night hours to match worldwide time zone (As we have users across the globe).
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Coordination of product demonstrations and presentations
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
