Salesforce Marketing Role - Cloud (3-7 yrs)
Urgent Hiring For Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target)
- Must have experience of minimum 2-3 years working in sales force marketing cloud platform.
- Should have user interface marketing cloud experience.
- Should be able to send email automation, create journey builder.
- Have knowledge of Implementation of data base between CRM and marketing cloud.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social marketing, google analytics and web analytics.
- Knowledge of content marketing, conversion and customer retention.
- Web design/development technical skills and experience advantageous.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities include :
- Perform day-to-day campaign activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of nurture, perpetual and rapid response.
- Assist in the design of Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and customisation to meet the business process design and application requirements.
- Configure the system to match the design.
- Manage the migration of configurations across instances.
- Assist other teams with understanding the functional impact of various configuration options.
- Participate in testing of the configured / customised components.
- Complete all appropriate documentation required by the developers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that will maintain the application
- Develop and manage tactical campaign plan and calendar.
- Employ testing and tracking tools using A/B testing and leveraging services such as Google analytics to improve e-mail and web marketing results.
- Produce and manage content for newsletters, social media and ads.
- Creative concept development and copy writing.
- Set up and manage online campaigns and advertising (SEO, SEM, re-targeting).
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution.
- Track performance data from campaigns to measure success and incorporate learning in future campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to management on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with inside sales and marketing to ensure sales targets are met.
