What You'll Do:
- Manage & optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tools (Email Studio, Journey Builder, etc.)
- Develop & execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Social)
- Design & automate customer journeys for seamless experiences
- Ensure data integrity, segmentation & compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Utilize AMPscript, SQL & HTML/CSS for personalization
- Analyze campaign performance & drive data-driven improvements
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of SFMC experience
- Expertise in marketing automation & customer segmentation
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Certifications (Preferred)
