SalesBlink - Sales Development Role (1-2 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential prospects through warm calls and emails
- Present our solution to marketing qualified leads
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate next steps
- Be the first point of contact for prospects
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
- Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
Skills Required :
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role in IT services or Software Sales.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
KPI's :
- Number of qualified meetings (demos) booked
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Number of qualified calls booked for Account Executives
- Number of calls made on a daily basis
- Number of Emails sent
- Reply rate received
- Social Selling metrics (across LinkedIn/ Twitter)
