Sales Trainer - Unsecured Business Loan Vertical - BFS (4-8 yrs)
1. The key responsibility in this role is on boarding the new hire to the Sales Department of Unsecured Business Loan
2. Be the point of contact to maintain all the process changes, process documents and later train the teams on any changes.
3. Collate the training results and documentation of the same to present to the Internal Sr. Trainers weekly.
4. Need to know at least 2 out of 3 south Indian languages i.e., Telugu, Kannada and Tamil, along with English.
5. The Trainer will work with the Sales Development leads to determine and create training and develop best practices related to changes in the process.
