Compensation : Upto 6.5 LPA
(Average 10-30% of hike could be provided on the current/previous Fixed Salary)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Craft and roll out dynamic Training Calendars.
- Deliver engaging Sales training and hands-on coaching for Telecom products.
- Ensure top-notch training quality and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations to measure training impact.
- Offer constructive feedback and continuous support to trainees.
- Present compelling reports at zonal reviews.
- Maintain 100% compliance in reporting and internal processes.
Your Skills :
Skills Required :
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in Enterprise Sales Training in the Telecom industry is a plus.
- Preferably, experience with Broadband services.
