Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to conduct needs assessments, and the capability to measure training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement Training Programs : Design training curricula tailored to different sales teams (retail, B2B, telesales) and ensure they align with business objectives.

- Conduct Needs Assessments : Evaluate current employee knowledge and identify learning needs to address skill gaps through targeted training programs (TNI & TNA).

- Measure Training Effectiveness : Conduct evaluations with participants and managers to assess the impact of training programs and use feedback to improve methods and content.

- Coordinate with the Training Department : Collaborate with other training professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent training delivery across the organization.

- Lead Group Discussions : Facilitate workshops and group discussions to improve communication skills and productivity within teams.

- Conduct Field Coaching : Provide hands-on coaching and support to Sales Executives through periodic field visits.

- Proficiency in Training Software and LMS : Preferred proficiency in training software and learning management systems (LMS).

Experience :

- Proven experience in sales training, preferably within the telecom industry.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

Key Competencies :

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to address training challenges.

- Interpersonal Skills : High level of empathy and ability to engage with sales staff.

- Adaptability : Ability to stay current with evolving telecom technologies and industry trends.
