Sales Trainer - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)

Reports to : Training Manager
Department : Builder Vertical

Job Overview :
Help increase the overall performance of the sales teams by creating and deploying leading-edge learning interventions
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct new hire training - Virtual & F2F
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of the training program.
- Gather sales performance data to measure the success of the training program; monitor ROIs and develop training programs to improve effectiveness and retention.
- Partner with Sales stakeholders in understanding business challenges and creating learning interventions that improve productivity
- Work on learning methodologies /ideas for retaining the learning in the training sessions
- Undertake projects to work with Bottom Quartile employees to enhance productivity
- Accompany and support business teams on-field to understand gaps and showcase best practices
- On the job coaching and feedback
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple levels and cross-functions in the organization
- 3 + years experience working in a B2C sales role
- At least 1 year experience as a Sales Trainer
- Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2C sales pipeline management
- Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company's success
