What Will You Be Doing ?
1. Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive along with senior representatives.
2. Catering to the red flags in the performances of the sales associate and bridging the performance gap.
3. Taking care of the New Hire Training for Sales and Customer facing roles
4. Determines training needs by conducting calibrations with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
5. Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
6. Doing the functional and operational training basis the need of the departments- leaders
7. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
8. Responsible for achievement of targets as per Quarterly Business Plan through Distribution.
What Will You Need ?
2. Experience in a sales position is a plus
3. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
4. Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Solid communication and presentation abilities
