DESIGN
- Types of Training (Classroom & on-field)
- Develop and design Sales training modules and coordinate and supervise training modules for other departments Sales Training
- Design & develop an online training system that yeilds MIS, certification and feeds into performance review mechanism Product Training (destination/itinerary)
Process Training
- CONDUCT Orientation and Induction
- Conduct the training programmes Soft skills
- REVIEW & FEED BACK Miscellaneous
- Review and feedback on trainees and up gradation of training modules as per feedback
- CRM implementation
- HR Support
MONITOR
Check on the progress made by the trainees
