Sales Trainer - Insurance Sector - BPO (2-11 yrs)
Malayalam Trainer BPO Sales Training (Insurance Preferred)
Job description
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Shift: Day Shift (6 days working, 1 day off)
Language: English + Malayalam + Any Local Language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu preferred)
Experience: Must have hardcore outbound sales & BPO Training experience (Insurance preferred)
Transport: Own transport required
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales training sessions for Malayalam-speaking teams
- Develop and implement training modules for outbound sales processes
- Enhance sales skills, objection handling, and conversion techniques
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching for improvement
- Ensure adherence to sales compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO environment
- Strong expertise in outbound sales training (Insurance sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and any other local language.
- Immediate joiners preferred!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: - 27,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
