Sales Trainer - Insurance (7-8 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Insurance Sales Trainer for one of our client. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience and a strong background in insurance sales training. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective training programs for insurance sales representatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to incorporate relevant information into training modules.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales team members to ensure continuous development.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in insurance sales training.
2. Graduation or above
3. Proven track record of successful sales training and team development.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
6. Preference will be given to immediate joiners or those who can join within 15 days.
