Job Description:
- Responsible for giving training to Insurance Agents and employees.
- Responsible for answering/motivation to the agent and employee.
- Update employees/agent for IRDA's rules and regulation.
- Answer all queries/concerns of the Agents related to insurance product. Resolve it ASAP.
- Regular meeting with BDM.
- Proper documentation of trainings.
Skills/Knowledge required:
- Should have excellent understanding of Life and Non-Life insurance products.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skill.
- Training and feedback skills.
