Sales Trainer - Insurance (5-10 yrs)
We are looking out for qualified trainers for the project who will be deployed with various business channels of a leading BFSI client spread across Pan India to meet the growing demand of the defined L&D interventions for achieving the business objectives on project basis with the possibility of contract renewal based on the performance.
The person we are looking for should be a very well-spoken individual who has around 5+ years of over experience. He/she is energetic, creative, collaborative, and analytical and has a broad experience in training methods.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes) :
- Should possess excellent presentation and communication skills
- Age should not be more than 45 years
- Proficient in English and Local language (Speaking, reading and writing)
Desired Attributes :
- Call center training (outbound - inbound) experience.
- Working experience in the insurance sector
- A good understanding and delivery of training
- strong interest in developing people and processes.
Target Industry/Sector :
- BFSI sector, a leading Insurance company
