Sales Trainer - EduTech (3-8 yrs)
Immediately required for an Ed-tech company.
JD as follows:
- Conduct onboard training for new employees and continue to develop tenured sales advisors.
- Analyse and report on day to day needs for training in the sales team.
- Design an effective training program(s) and develop new approaches for improving.
- Map out training plans and schedule.
- Conduct individual or group training sessions for new and tenured advisors
- Support and mentor new sales personnel.
- Conduct call listening sessions and provide feedback to improve call quality.
- Identify training needs by evaluating employee's performance and response to training.
- Manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the business
- Stay up to date with ever-changing market trends and the changing demands of a corporate environment. minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Training Specialist or Corporate Sales Trainer.
Experience in advising or career counselling in UK undergraduate and postgraduate would be an added advantage.
