Background/ Context :
- This position will be responsible for training and Coaching sales consultants at Tata Dealerships.
- Complete Learning & Development of sales consultants, driving their engagement & also driving campaigns for employees. Additionally would also facilitate need-based sessions for the clients. Will act as a liaison between sales consultants and other departments such as the Customer Service Workforce
- Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)
- 3 -5 years of work experience preferably in Customer service/ Sales/ Hospitality/ Aviation / BPO
- Not above 40yrs of age
- Good communication and fluent in local regional language
- Training/ Coaching exposure (Min 6 months)
- Good Interpersonal skills

Key Responsibility Areas :
- Identification of training needs of various role-holders in the organization
- Impart training to his/her dealership employees on Induction, product and process
- Preparation of the monthly training calendar
- Induction training coverage of new joinees within 15 days
- Managing nominations for various training programs conducted
- Follow-up with dealership employees for completion of e-Learning modules on LMS as per timelines
- Conducting knowledge, skill and behavior assessments of participants
- Assessing impact of training on performance of participants
- On the job training of various sales roles
- Preparing training MIS and analytics reports for dealership management
- Monitor Customer feedback and staff productivity to identify special training focus
- Enhancement of delivery experience
- Preparation of training budget for dealership
- Communication of important updates to Sales team on product and process changes
KPIs :
- % of dealership manpower certified at various levels against targets
- % e-Learning module completion by dealership
- No. of days utilized per month/ Total number of training man-hours
- Pre/Post Training Assessment Score
- Avg CX Audit Score
- Training Feedback score
- Implementation level of digital learning Apps (LMS, MyGuide etc)- % Learners enrolled in LMS, % learning path completed per learner.
