Sales Trainer - Business Development - Logistics Firm (3-6 yrs)
Job Overview:
Candidate will conduct skilful certification-based training to enhance the knowledge and productivity of the BDMs working in different profiles at different levels. The trainer will closely work with the BDM team to help increase their overall performance through ensuring skill development, updating knowledge and aligning them to the company objectives and goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Train new joinees in BDM vertical
- Conduct educational, certification-based and skillful trainings for the BDM team
- Update training modules for the BDM team
- Coach and motivate BDM team for further business development
- Understand and eliminate the loopholes of the current way of working
- Recommend an organized way of working
- Collectively work with the leadership team to enhance the service quality
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales profile
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Ability to manage end-to-end training cycle
- Must have proper understanding of logistics industry
- Should be passionate towards training development and delivery
- Role requires extensive travelling
- Must have exposure of Salesforce ERP
