Sales Trainer - BPO (4-8 yrs)
The Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs specifically tailored for the BPO industry.
- This role involves equipping employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in customer service, adhere to process standards, and contribute to overall operational excellence.
- The Trainer will also evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methods and materials.
Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs and materials focused on customer service excellence, process adherence, and performance improvement for BPO employees.
Training Delivery : Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing employees, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies.
Needs Assessment : Collaborate with team leaders and managers to assess training needs and identify skill gaps specific to BPO operations and client requirements.
