Sales Trainer - BPO (2-5 yrs)
1. Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team.
2. Create training curricula and estimate the budget required to create it.
3. Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts, etc.
4. Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel.
5. Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
6. Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the issues they had during the process.
7. Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.
8. Hire new sales force.
9. Coordinate with external trainers and Sales Manager.
10. Maintain and update records of training material.
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.
