Sales Trainer - BPO (2-5 yrs)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in training and 1 year in Call center calling role as a sales executive
- Must have experience from Used car business
- Sales process handling experience is must
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, implement and Conduct sales educational workshops.
- Should be aligned with the operational requirements.
- To design and deliver training programs specializing in current process and new process(s) as per the business requirement.
- Try and evaluate various Sales training methods and strategies to enhance Numbers.
- Training performance: End to end responsibility of training deliverables like throughput, certification, early production performance, etc.
- Should be able to develop content as per business requirement
- Hands on experience in managing the full training cycle.
