Job Summary :
- Seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO sales within the BFSI sector and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our sales teams.
- The Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and performance of our sales force, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Training Delivery :
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service within the BFSI sector.
Curriculum Development :
- Design, update, and maintain training materials and programs that are aligned with the latest industry trends and company objectives.
Performance Assessment :
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assessments, and feedback sessions, and provide constructive feedback to help improve skills and knowledge.
Training Coordination :
- Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
Needs Analysis :
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.
Mentoring :
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to sales teams, offering guidance and strategies to help them meet and exceed their targets.
Reporting :
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Compliance Training :
- Ensure that all training programs adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements within the BFSI industry.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated with industry developments and integrate new training methodologies and technologies to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BPO sales training, with a focus on the BFSI sector.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of BFSI products, services, and sales techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using training software and tools.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications:- Relevant training certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, Certified Sales Trainer) are preferred.
