Sales Trainer - BFS (1-5 yrs)
Summary:
- Work in liaison with the sales network to reach the highest level of productivity
- 80% Field Visit + 20% Classroom Training
- Responsible for Conducting Classroom Trainings
- Work cooperatively with peers, Support Staff & HO members in planning & implementing curriculum
- Set high expectations for Sales Staff achievement & behaviour
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with others
- Establish & maintain a positive climate for learning through appropriate researched based classroom management strategies
- Develop & publish classroom rules, guidelines & expectations for SA behaviour
- Ensure compliance of corporate policies, standards and procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices
- Conducting morning meetings and POS visits to float the latest product and process updates in the market
- Conducting ILT Batches for New Hire Sales Associates
- Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, integrating support with routine job functions.
- Enabling sales managers to expand their distribution network
- Observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports; conferring with Area/District sales managers
- Tracking, managing & improvising on important performance parameters linked to Sales Network's KPI's like attrition, risk & other benchmarks.
- Succession planning to prepare bench strength for future leaders and grooming them on required skill set
