- Must have an experience in Equity, Mutual Fund.
- Trained to the onboard employees, channel partners etc.
- Conduct corporate training sessions
.Prepare,design,plan training material.Training calendars.
- Evaluate effectiveness and re-training needs.
- Conducting Joint calls with sales executive
- Arrange training for the teams and asses them on regular intervals
- To constantly engage with teams to generate sales.
