Training Course preparation, Planning and Setup :


- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.

- Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.

- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.

- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available integrating support with routine job functions.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed

- Able to take care of training aids, equipments, vehicles.

- Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs. Able to travel and plan training with cost saving and quality output.

- Improvement mindset and cost-effective with focus on not compromising on quality delivery.

- Aptitude and interest in training and manpower development.

- Able to handle manpower certifications and other activities related to reward and recognition.

- Experience in both Sales training, process & Behaviour Sales Manpower trainings.

- Exposure to DMS [dealer management system]

- Aware of passenger car dealership operations

- Behavioral

- Experience in developing new trainers, dealing with the content development team.

- Synergize with Training Team and all internal stakeholders. Positive attitude, and a team player. learning attitude.
