We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Pune or Bihar. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales training programs and workshops.

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with sales managers.

- Create training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies.

- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

- Provide feedback and coaching to sales team members to improve performance.

- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training gaps and address specific needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and development.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire sales team members.

- Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
