Sales Trainer (3-10 yrs)
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Trainer for a well known Beauty Brand for the North Region based out in Delhi
Please Find the Job details below:
- Designing and executing orientation programs for sales teams
- Conducting onboarding training sessions for new hires.
- Observing how Beauty Advisors and Beauty Managers interact with clients to identify areas of improvement
- Determined training for both BA Team & BM Team
- Handling staff of Beauty advisors in branch offices in terms of training & grooming of them.
- Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases
- Advising BA's how to upsell products and improving services
- Applying various sales training techniques
- Refresher training to Beauty Advisors
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
Additional Info.
- Makeup & Beauty experience is must
- Good with artistry skills & technical knowledge of Makeup
- Good experience in handling large & multi-brand store teams
- Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills
- Must be open to travel
