Sales Trainer (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Deliver interactive role-specific training sessions in both live and virtual classroom environments.
- Lead all Training activities including product information, competitor analysis, customer service etc.
- Develop training materials including presentations, videos, sales scripts and case studies.
- Enhance training effectiveness through new instructional delivery strategies and presentation skills.
- Monitor trainee participation, provide feedback, coaching and support post training sessions.
- Determine training needs by shadowing sales representatives, listening to calls, conferring with sales managers.
- Review and evaluate training programs for compliance.
- Conduct Skill gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, scheduling orientation with senior representatives.
- Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching; conducting training sessions, developing outcome improvement resources.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Learning and Development
- Hands on experience in creating e-learning modules, presentations etc
- Proficient working with MS Office and other tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
- Knowledge of training design principles and processes Behavioral Skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with limited supervision
- Good Analytical Skills and attention to detail.
- Listens to others views and consistently shares the knowledge and experience
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills.
- People management, Customer Management, Escalation management.
- Excellent in Objection handling.
