Sales Support/Sales Administration Role (2-4 yrs)
We are a boutique managed service provider that specializes in helping firms implement secure Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamic 365 environments. We are Microsoft Partners, who wants small- medium businesses to be able to access enterprise-level solutions. Our people enjoy developing technical solutions, learning new technologies, and making our customers happy

We now need someone to support our Sales Team to drive sales nationwide to support the success and growth of our services. We are looking to bring on board a Sales Support Admin.
Job Description:
- Assist the Sales department in various tasks.
- Research vendor pricing, compare, and evaluate vendor offers.
- Create quotes.
- Create proposals according to Sales department guidelines.
- Assist with the leads database and keep the same up to date.
- Attend sales meetings and assist to provide a presentation of the products.
- Assist the Sales Department to create opportunities and proposals.
- Assist the account manager with compiling reports on current clients.
- Assist sales executives in researching opportunities.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or tasks
- More than 2 years of experience as a Sales Support in a technical field.
- Previous experienced with MSP will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud technology products and services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude and work independently with little guidance.
