Sales Support Role - Media (2-8 yrs)
1. The correct format of the deals to be checked along with the T&C. Deals should be signed & stamped on letterhead with GST No and all the rates mentioned should be in net.
2. Checks on Impact/Nonimpact/target group and other required details mentioned in the deal signed
3. Ro's to be received from the agency - hard copy and XML for Edi purpose
4. Follow up on Tapes & tape ids so that we don- t miss the start date and avoid any revenue loss.
5. In case of advance /PDC clients ensure that the money is received before the entry.
6. Drop spots if any communicated to the sales/agencies and take makegood so that we can manage to garner the revenue back into the system.
7. Ensure that the sponsorships are executed only as per the deal signed.
8. Wherever commercials need legal approval the commercial is sent for s & p approval.
Keeping track of the campaign period to avoid any revenue loss.
9. Report to the sales team so that the Sales team are highlighted on the way forward towards their target.
10. Reconciliations of the deals to be sent to the Sales team/agencies to ensure that the balance RO's are received on time and we don- t lose out on any revenue.
11. Sponsorship charts to be sent to the Sales team on a weekly basis to enable the Sales team to get revenue by associating the client on the shows that are available.
12. Inventory updates are to be sent to the entire team to help everyone know the balance FCT and corrective and quick measures can be taken to fill in 100% inventory.
13. Booking activity report to be sent to the region heads/National heads on a daily basis.
14. Maintaining of Impact property report, as run report and secondary activity report, Key Clients Activity report, etc
15. Makegood report to be maintained on a daily basis, Error report/ FPC change report to generate to avoid any revenue loss.
16. Deal consumption report for combo deal to keep track of valuation rate.
17. Brand activity report to be maintained month on month basis.
18. A daily report of Booking, Make good/Conversion /Upgrade and addendum.
19. Maintaining reports of Prepone/Conversion, Sales executive mapping report, and upgrade done for the respective month & deal comparison of last activity.
