Sales Support Role (2-6 yrs)
Job Requirements :
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Manage a customer relationship from end-to-end in a project: once the client responds with a need for a project liaison with clients, you will need to understand their needs, get the design team involved, and translate the client's needs for the Inhabitr design team
- Deep dive into pricing analysis for each project, collaborating with design team partners (Excel)
- Design operational tracking guides for client procurement needs (Excel)
- Manage client pipelines through CRM tools (Hubspot)
- Problem solve for client needs and internal capabilities to successfully deliver customer packages
- Execute project- and company-level analysis on revenues and realized costs (Excel)
- Communicate concisely in client-facing presentations (Powerpoint)
- Contribute to cross-functional team meetings as the 'voice of the client'/with historic knowledge of client relationship
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to balance multiple client priorities at once; meet SLAs by prioritizing
- Liaise with the finance team, legal team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business/technology world
