Sales Support Role (2-4 yrs)
Sales Administrator contributes to and develops integrated marketing activities. Tasks can involve:
- Communicating with target audiences and generation of leads and sales inquiries
- Regular Sales follow up
- Preparing quotation and proposals
- Tender participation is must
- Getting order from customer / client
- Execute the sales order
- Payment collection after sales order confirmation
- Provide all marketing information system to Management
- Sourcing advertising opportunities on Online platform
- Maintaining and updating customer databases;
- Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
- Participate in other marketing activities
- Collection of feedback from Customers for reference and satisfaction
- Monitoring competitor activity;
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
- Point of contact with finance team
