Sales Support Role (2-3 yrs)
- 2-3 years experience in sales support.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. Past experience of Sales Support is must.
Roles :
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, including order entry, order tracking, and order confirmation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations for clients, payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
