Sales Support Professional (5-7 yrs)
- Work as a Sales Support Specialist for the account and manage all quotes globally
- Will be managing all quotes requests from this account
- Will be interacting with all departments of the company for any matter related to this account
- Will be the main daily interface with this global customer and their different entities worldwide.
- Will oversee tracking and reporting all sales activities related to this global customer
- Will oversee Company's pipeline management and qualification by working with the different field organizations and directly with the customers
- As part of the pipeline management, will have to proactively set-up regular calls with internal field teams and customers to assess, update and take actions on the pipeline and related sales opportunities to maximize the bookings and revenue with Ericsson
- Will be carrying an overlay sales quota for opportunities where tagged as opportunity owner
- Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients
- Will have an objective of pipeline creation via leads management and qualification from marketing campaigns
- Will have to proactively manage, qualify, and nurture sales leads coming from marketing campaigns
- Research existing accounts, identify key players and opportunities and generate interest
- Engage leads in dialogue either through phone or email
- Update prospects and clients' interactions and other sales activities in salesforce.com
- Work closely with the local sales team to accelerate sales cycle and generate quotes.
